Jenny Ramsdale - Business Advice, Corporate Training and Development Specialist


Jenny Ramsdale is a highly experienced trainer, facilitator and management development specialist as well as a qualified business adviser and consultant. Her early career was in the hugely competitive hospitality sector and she has thrived in a changing business environment for over 30 years.

She has held management positions since 1973 and has trained and consulted in the field of business and management development since the early 1990s. Throughout Jenny's career she has had a particular affinity with her customers and clients and has built long lasting and highly productive working relationships with them.

Jenny's passion is helping people to succeed and she is a stickler for quality hence the Customer Service offerings in the company's portfolio. Her strengths lie in her ability to put things into real terms, not using fancy words or "in" jargon but using every day language that most people can not only understand but also see the value of. She is able to de-mystify the mystic for small business owners and corporate managers alike and this down to earth approach has earned her many accolades from clients who stick with her year after year.

Jenny has worked with a number of blue chip companies across a range of industries that are too many to mention but include Powergen, The National Grid Company, Birds Eye Walls, Scottish Hydro Electric and Smith and Nephew Medical. She has also worked with the new University of Lincoln helping their final year students understand how to set up their own business and what being self employed entails.

The nature of her work has ranged from customer service consultancy through business start-up advice to high level management training and 1 to 1 coaching. To add to this she is also the Managing Director of the Associates and takes a lead role in the development of the business.

Over the past 4 years Jenny has also committed herself to various key local projects and organisations offering free help, advice and support. She sits on grant panels, is often asked to be guest speaker at various functions and has become a champion for women in business.

Jenny continues her membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as well as being a member of the Institute of Business Advisers and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management. She has accreditations from several awarding bodies including, City and Guilds, Oxford Cambridge and Royal Society of Arts, the Small Firms Development Initiative and Durham University Business School.
