Rural Success for Women – funded by the European Social Fund

This project funded by the European Social Fund covers the whole of Lincolnshire and Rutland and is aimed at women in business. If you are thinking of starting a business, have just started a business or have been in business for some time, you may like the idea of being part of a network of women who are all working away in their own rural area but who like to get together now and then to share good practice, good days, bad days, small successes and major triumphs!

We have breakfast networking groups operating in Lincoln, Sleaford, Skegness and Louth. We meet every other month at 8.30 in the morning (yes it’s early but it’s worth it)! We welcome any woman in business however large or small (the business and the women)! Being of sound mind we mostly discuss sane things and business issues but we also know how to have a good time and occasionally we get on to other stuff like SHOES!

We also offer support to women in business in the Lincolnshire area by being at the other end of the phone or the email, we give feedback on adverts, help with employment problems, give advice on bookkeeping, put forward marketing ideas and generally be there for our women.

If workshops are your thing, we offer a range of workshops around the County covering business issues including Marketing, Finance and Bookkeeping as well as our highly commended Personal Safety Workshop.
